NHR 9200 Battery Module/Pack Test System

For use in both laboratory and production settings, the NH Research NHR 9200 Battery Module/Pack Test System is a highly adaptable bi-directional source/load and battery cycler. This system supports bi-directional DC power modules operating at 40V or 120V and provides a scalable and flexible power range of 12 to 252kW. Up to 21 channels can be configured with remarkable flexibility, giving users the ability to test several battery modules or energy storage devices concurrently or in parallel, depending on the power needs.

This technology is very useful for testing in critical power applications, renewable energy storage, and electric car industries. The NHR 9200 is built to be a battery/DC emulator, high-power DC source, regenerative DC source, and battery cycler in order to accommodate changing battery testing requirements. By repurposing over 87% of waste energy as electrical power, regenerative power technology provides great energy efficiency and can help lower a facility's carbon footprint while promoting environmental sustainability programs.

With its tester-per-channel design, the NHR 9200 enables 12kW DC power modules to operate independently.
